Professional Planning Fee

To ensure the highest level of service and attention to detail, Curated Voyages by Melody charges a non-refundable concierge planning fee. This fee covers Melody’s professional time, research, and personalized care in designing your perfect voyage.

Concierge Service Fee Schedule:

  • Cruise Planning (per booking): $250 – includes one sailing and up to two travelers

  • World Cruise or Extended Voyage (21+ days): $500

  • Custom Land or Pre/Post Cruise Extensions: $150 per destination

  • Air & Hotel Coordination (if booked separately): $75

This planning fee is due at the start of your consultation and is non-refundable, whether or not travel is booked. It ensures you receive unbiased guidance and the full advantage of Melody’s expertise, insider connections, and exclusive cruise line partnerships.
